Affirmations Campaigns Explained
in the context of reconstruction, pre-birth templates, time slipping, and free will
The experimental side of me feels like it’s shifted into high gear again starting around September of this year.
One of the actions I’ve undertaken is running an affirmation campaign. It’s like the spiritual version of new year’s resolutions plus vision boarding.
How does it work? Pretty simple…write down your affirmations (aka wish list), but in present tense, like you are already in that reality. Then repeat it at least once a day, speaking it out loud into existence. Keep doing it until you get there. Once you do, however long it may take (as it varies for each person), then take a break for 4 months or so and don’t start any new ones until that period has passed.
That’s the general overview.
Seasoned practitioners may point out that there’s various ways to put that process on steroids. Now…that IS true. I lived that life for about nearly 1.5 years, jump starting and accelerating everything. It was what I needed at the time, and yet…I also spent over a year afterwards doing nothing. Complete hermit in shutdown mode.
This is why the 4 months break is important. I didn’t come up with that number and I certainly didn’t know that back then. It’s not set in stone either, but in hindsight, I would have recommended it to myself. This time around, I’m taking it slow, so will pass on the steroids for the time being.
Why do I say this now? And why did I end up going into hermit/shutdown mode? Honestly, I didn’t have a good way of explaining this until recently, when I “randomly” came across a Q&A. Here is a snippet of the exchange:
Q: Is there such a thing as “being cursed"?” I mean, isn’t life hard enough anyway?
A: Curses can be placed upon a residing consciousness by others with [1] a knowledge of the entity, and [2] a skill that includes alteration of non-physical realms.
Once a “curse” is placed on a targeted individual, it is often difficult to remove by the infected consciousness. They often require outside assistance which would have a degree of skill and ability in this matter.
Removal is often not sufficient, however, as a subsequent period of reformation and reconstruction is often necessary to repair whatever “damage” (as defined by the pre-birth contracts) are set in place.
*My usual disclaimer* this exchange has been copied verbatim and I am neither the questioner nor the responder. Take what resonates and leave the rest.
I read the first two paragraphs of the answer and was nodding along, saying yes that’s basic knowledge on curses.
Then, that third paragraph really threw me for a loop. It perfectly explained why I couldn’t do energy work for around a year. Or any work, for that matter.
This is also why, with these affirmation campaigns and all their variations, whether it be journaling or vision boarding or speaking things out loud or making the words into audio subliminals and playing them in the background 24/7…a period of “break” or reconstruction is needed. What’s funny is while some folks do know that these things are “active energy work,” others have no idea. To them, it’s like OK I’m journaling to jot down my thoughts or let out some steam, so what’s the big deal?
The more intense the changes you’re implementing, the longer the break needs to be. Back then, I was doing shadow work and pulling out hundreds and thousands of curses, limiting beliefs, implants, etc. daily. Think of it like pulling out weeds in the garden. It’s wonderful from a big picture and long term perspective, but it also greatly disturbs the soil, energetically and physically. It will take time and patience and lots of self-love to get beautiful grass or flowers to grow in the now opened up space. Nature has its cycles that do not adhere to human whims and schedules.
Keyword here is Reconstruction.
Some will also say that affirmation campaigns are basically the same as Law of Attraction or Manifestation efforts. Sure, I can see that angle, and here’s what I learned recently about the 'pre-birth contracts’ mentioned in the Q&A. Hopefully, this will help with crafting an effective campaign.
Pre-birth contracts, or templates, can be thought of as terrain models. We all come into our physical incarnations with them, and everyone’s is different and solely their own. This is why in almost every other post here I’ve mentioned people having different energetic signatures. Two people can sit in the same training class, but one will go on to use that knowledge to create a multi-million dollar business while the other one, despite working as diligently, just can’t get their business off the ground.
This tendency to compare ourselves to others who we feel like have had “similar” experiences as us but quite different outcomes, is the source of so much anxiety and depression in the world.
But if we recognize that space-time is nothing more than an illusory construct, and so sitting next to someone in the same class really doesn’t mean anything, and that their pre-birth template looks completely different from yours, that you two are not even driving on the same road, then the puzzle pieces will start falling into place.
So to craft an effective campaign, it would be nice to have some connection and alignment with your higher self, to get a “feel” for what your template, or terrain model, looks like. And right now most humans don’t trust themselves to be able to do this, so the general rule of thumb for affirmation campaigns is not to go too wild. Ask for things that are reasonable, within reach, and more of an enhancement of your current life.
Also, this one’s a tip from me: ask for less of one-off things, like “I have a brand new car” and more long-term things. For example, I have 16 items on my campaign right now, and only 1 is a one-off. The rest are more along the lines of “I don’t encounter any traffic or delays when I drive to the city.”
Now with this traffic example I just gave, most people will shake their head and say, all big cities are congested. You’re either going to be traveling in off hours like in the middle of the night, or never driving there period, or you’re asking for the impossible to get lucky every time you drive.
That’s because most don’t understand what’s happening with these campaigns. What I am really asking for is to slide into another timeline. I’ve also heard it being called world line travel. There are an infinite number of parallel timelines happening all at once, and I’m asking to go into the one where there is no traffic in the city.
Anyone here watch Loki Season 2 recently? The time slipping that’s shown there is exactly that.
Now someone will say this may be possible energetically but not physically. I sort of thought that way too, for a long time. But recently I’ve been talking to someone who spent forty years in a secret government organization (that doesn’t “exist”), and his whole job there was to travel on these different timelines (don’t ask me why). He described it as “mostly pretty boring” because they’re not the crazy, dramatic, ones depicted in shows like Loki. He would visit a timeline where cars were mostly yellow. Or a timeline where his wife’s hair was a different color. Or a timeline where he had a few more bills in his wallet. Or a timeline where all McDonald’s signs only had one arch.
These are all very physical deltas.
So with that in mind, is it a huge deal for me to ask to slide into a timeline with no traffic?
Don’t worry, the same people in your life will still be there…unless you asked for otherwise. And they’ll still know you and mostly treat you the same.
And…I think I just explained The Mandela Effect. It’s this same sliding but on a collective scale.
Can timeline sliding, or world line travel, incur drastic results that are beyond silly things like cars being yellow? I’m hearing some say the answer is yes. Earth’s timeline alteration is done (both for benign and for malignant purposes) quite often by other beings. The higher frequency ones who have attained higher levels of consciousness, can travel further back in time and their breadth of timeline alteration is naturally larger in scope. Thank goodness.
Now let’s look at some terrain models (cause I’m an engineer and love this stuff). Whatever affirmation campaigns, or manifestation efforts we do, we think we’re changing our pre-birth templates. But it’s not what people think. The overall framework very rarely changes, and we as a species have not yet gotten to that level where we can know and change at will. What we are starting to be able to change are the peaks and valleys within that framework.
As an example, imagine if this was your terrain model at birth, and let’s call that Model A, Status 1.
You’ve got some bumpy, steep parts on there. They may be curses, or they may be something else.
So you do energy work to remove the curses. You also do affirmation campaign to lessen the blow of a relationship ending, or a business failing (lose $1000 instead of $10,000), or a back problem that would’ve required surgery.
Now your terrain may look more like this. Let’s call it Model A, Status 2.
See the changes from Status 1 to Status 2? That’s what we get to control. But what we don’t get to control is that it’s still Model A. And it’s still your model, not anyone else’s.
This is also how I address the oft-asked question of:
Do we have free will or is everything destined already?
Your Status changes (1 to 1.1 to 1.2 to 2 to 5 to 100 to -1.9 to -40 to 0) are free will.
Your Model number is destiny.
So, it’s not a question of free will OR destiny. It’s AND. Both exist in coherence.
The content of this post is one of those topics where I try to keep it as simple as possible, but the reality is very complex, and I am still very much in learner mode.
On a lighter note, anyone ever experienced the Mandela Effect or timeline sliding? What was it like for you?
