Long before my awakening, I had been observing a trend. It was controversial enough that I only talked about it with my best guy friends, because I was afraid that females would not take it so well.
I noticed that the women in Western society did not age well, including from my generation. They seemed to peak in their teens, and then around the age of thirty, they already looked worn, tired, and old.
For the longest time, I didn’t know why. Perhaps it was just genetics. And it was so easy to blame the long working hours, junk food, and lack of mobility. But let’s not kid ourselves here: I also noticed that even the ones who were working out and toned, who ate healthy, who seemed to have solid relationships in their lives, and who were not particularly burdened by finances, still looked worn, tired, and old.
Nowadays it’s not a secret anymore that more and more young people are getting diagnosed with debilitating illnesses. There are a million and one reasons that have been shared in public, which I won’t repeat here.
I’m a female so this post will be more geared towards women. If you’re a guy, please read my previous post about why despite everything I’m about to share in this post, men are still more infiltrated than women in general. There are also some tips for men here, which you may find surprising.
***Again, please consider this a disclaimer that the topics about to be discussed below could be triggering, even for those who consider themselves spiritual and awakened***
First item on the list for women: birth control.
This is controversial because for most women alive today, this has been heralded as one of the “liberators” of the female species. It has “enabled” women to join the workforce, do family planning, enjoy sexual freedom before marriage, and even as a period regulator for medical purposes.
I’m not a medical professional and certainly cannot give medical advice, but for those who are energetically sensitive, I would ask that you tune into the energy of this. For those who are not but still open-minded enough to want to know, find someone you trust who is energetically sensitive, and just ask them.
Besides the mood swings and emotional imbalances (that everyone knows about), how about the premature aging, the fertility challenges, the pregnancy complications, and the birth defects?
I was roasted a few months ago for suggesting that the roots of autism in children are energetic and that along those lines, there are energetic solutions. This was in a spiritual group. Parents accused me of not fully accepting of children as they are.
My thoughts are: can we integrate duality? Can we accept children as they are and simultaneously do our best to place them in their highest timelines? Can we love them and yet not become attached to certain labels? Children with “special abilities” like astral projection and channeling can be treasured and nurtured for their gifts but if they also tend to get entity attachment that causes behavioral issues, then steps should be taken to proactively and frequently excise those, instead of grouping them into the “they’re special and gifted and should be left alone” category.
My message comes from a place of deep remembrance. Of times in the ancient past when humans understood energetics and the secrets of the Universe. When women took care of themselves energetically and all children were born healthy in every way.
We are still capable of those things…we have simply forgotten.
I am not saying birth control is the definite cause of any of the issues mentioned above. But what I do know is that like any synthetic chemical, it messes with our body’s natural rhythms and energetics. Same goes for sexual promiscuity. It’s not a moral topic for me, it’s an energetic topic. Mixing energies indiscriminately and having an open free-for-all field and not practicing energetic hygiene will add up and soon enough, one will be at an energetic deficit. It also won’t manifest the same for any two people. It is certainly possible for someone to still look stunningly beautiful on the outside, but be depressed, suicidal, or carry the roots of a chronic illness.
What is soon enough? For most women of my generation, usually by the time we are thirty. Give or take a few years.
What’s ironic here is that society tends to swing like a pendulum between two extremes. Less than a hundred years ago (and still the case for many parts of the world), there was an obsession with virginity and chastity. Women were not to be seen outside of the home.
We know that the patriarchy created that situation. What we don’t realize is the same people who created that problem also created its solution and sold it to society very effectively. It was called feminism. Birth control is one of the products to come out of that. And anyone who was against it was branded a proponent of the patriarchy, and then down swung the axe of political correctness, moral implications, and public defamation.
So in my case, I’m not a fan of birth control and I am also not a fan of women being held in bondage in any way.
Most will ask now: what are the alternatives then? How can we still enjoy our newly gained rights and freedoms without becoming a teen mom, a single mom of five living on welfare, or have an unwanted pregnancy right before menopause?
As with most things, the answer is simple but not easy: make your partner a real partner, or find a partner who is a real partner. Who is open to listening, learning, and implementing.
Due to the porn and other info men are exposed to growing up in today’s society, there’s a piece of conditioning that says they have to release their fluids to climax. That is not true. As a matter of fact, doing this also exposes them to infiltration, siphoning, and loss of essence. Which shortens their lifespans…amongst many things.
The best case scenario for men, and all humans really, is to learn and practice energy work so we can preserve our life force energy, prana, qi, and essence.
Very few people, especially men, seem to be interested in doing this. In which case, there’s always the old fashioned condoms. Ladies: find yourself a partner who is at least willing to implement that. Whatever its shortcomings, it is still much better than putting your bodies into chemical bondage through birth control.
Recently, I was watching a recorded QHHT session by Sarah Breskman Cosme, where her client asked her Higher Self for advice, including how to improve health and not have terrible migraines anymore. The answer from the HS? Lay off the birth control.
Next on the list: skincare.
First off, this is definitely my favorite app right now. Everyone, especially if you’re living in the USA, should download and use it.
It’s called Yuka, and it’s free.
It will show and teach you what is in your food, your makeup, your skincare products, etc. Anything with a barcode…it can scan and instantly generate a report with a score.
Those expensive skincare products with big names and sitting in fancy stores (like Sephora and Whole Foods)? Often score low.
Also one product may score well but take another product from the same brand/company, and it will score terrible. No guaranteed correlation.
Let me pull a few examples here:
La Creme Main - the iconic luxury Chanel hand cream, legendary on Instagram, and costs a staggering $62
Yuka scored it at 37/100. Definitely a fail.
What are these ingredients? I’m not a chemist so I have no idea, but the app lets you click on each one and it will provide a detailed description. So let’s look at the top two on the image above:
Yikes. Does it get any more straightforward in the Health Risks section above?
I’ve noticed a lot of these chemicals have that Potential Endocrine disruptor label. So what is that? According to Google:
Remember in my discussion of birth control, I also mention the fertility challenges, pregnancy complications, and birth defects that are all quite common in our society today? Still wonder where they may come from? Look no further. It’s all hidden in plain sight.
Here’s another product that sounds innocent-enough:
Rose Deep Hydration Facial Toner, by Fresh
I’ve scanned hundreds of products by now, and if you think these are just a few exceptions I was able to cherry-pick, think again. They are the norm, not the exception. Most products, even from high-end, organic-touting stores like Whole Foods, do not come with a passing score. Note this is only for the USA - I have not scanned anything in other countries.
The wellness community likes to promote self-care. And skincare is part of self-care right? Those facials we get, the nail polish our little girls are now using, even massage oils…are they contributing to the illnesses in our society? Why are these endocrine disruptors not banned by law?
I could keep going down this rabbit hole, and write for days and days. But for now, just download the app and see for yourself.
Many ask: why are we in this state of suffering as a society, even as a human species? The short answer is, because we have free will. Having free will means getting to make choices. And those who are Service-to-Self, they know this and present us with bad choices that are tempting and dressed up as good choices. If you are anti-patriarchy, then they’ll offer you the “liberating” pill of feminism. A guy who had been curing cancer was arrested and after his trial, he discovered that the ones who had turned him in was a children’s cancer charity. At the end of the day, it’s all a game, and we either learn to play it or we don’t.
As RJ Spina says, “we either suffer the pain of discipline, or we suffer the pain of regret.”
Thank you for this Rachel, you are so correct , I work in health and hormonal imbalances are in almost everyone. If you go to a doctor they’ll give you birth control to “fix” it, even to girls who do not engage in any of it yet. Is that a reason why American’s are so “confused” sexually? More so than most other countries in the world?…
